Jo- AT not meeting needs

What about any assistive technology? Were you offered any?

I was, but I can't cope with it.

What were you offered?

Things like Jaws and ZoomText, I think. It magnifies text and that.

And to read the screen?

Yes.

And you didn't feel the need, for any reading?

No, I didn't get on with it.

Even for very big documents?

No. Mainly the applications are not set up very well. I don't work well with them. It would enlarge things so that you can't see the whole thing in one go, which I like to be able to do. Whereas, if I use something like Word, and just change the font size, I can see it all on the screen at the same time.
